Matthew Goudreau is the Vice President of Operations at Activate Care, a Boston-based healthcare organization, specializing in a Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) care management platform centered around their Community Care Record. This role utilizes his skills in project management, program design and problem solving to construct solutions to drive enhancement of the SDoH space with better data, standardized care plans and the optimization of non-traditional care providers such as Community Health Workers. Mr. Goudreau has decades of experience in the medical field in a variety of clinical delivery roles, including Clinical Director for multiple large organizations. He is an internationally recognized expert and speaker on Mobile Integrated Health/Community Paramedicine. For the past decade, Matthew has had a leading role in designing, implementing and operating cutting-edge care delivery models that think outside the established methodology.
Mr. Goudreau has a public health degree in Emergency Management and has held a National Registry Paramedic certification for almost 30 years. He lives in Boston with his husband, Richard, who shares a passion for international travel, wine and great food.
