Andrea Kokolis spent her career in the technology sector, assisting start-up and early-stage companies with strong product potential to gain traction, hire talented management teams, achieve growth objectives and execute on exit strategies, including Newforma, Granite Systems, NuMega Technologies and Powersoft. Over her career, Kokolis has been part of approximately twenty mergers, acquisitions, IPOs and exits. Currently, she consults start-ups and mentors entrepreneurs. Ms. Kokolis teaches within the MBA program at the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics’ at the University of New Hampshire (UNH) and in the Grossman School of Business at the University of Vermont. Andrea advises the student-run Rines Angel Fund at UNH’s Paul College and is a longtime judge in UNH’s Holloway Prize Competition. Previously, she taught at Southern New Hampshire University. In 2020, Kokolis was named the UNH Paul J. Hollway Entrepreneur of the Year. Andrea Kokolis has undergraduate and MBA degrees from UNH and serves on the UNH Alumni Board. She lives in Vermont, volunteers and enjoys time with her adult children.
